we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the exceptional customer service surpassed our previous visits to sioux falls, and the spacious king studio suite had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stop. the indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and breakfast options were never dull.

From the start, our service dog was treated like royalty with a welcome bag and the staff were super nice and accommodating which made it feel like they really cared about our stay. The breakfast choices were impressive and the hotel room was spotless and comfortable giving us a nice place to relax after a long day at the event

Though the overall setup offers a lot of conveniences, the bathroom layout leaves something to be desired. Having the sink area open to the kitchen can be awkward, and a dedicated private bathroom would enhance the experience. Additionally, a surge protector near the sink would help avoid frustrations when using appliances like blow dryers, as it’s too easy to blow a fuse during peak usage times.
